The Green Party has now filed audited 2008 financial reports with Elections Nova Scotia. This spring the Green Party missed an important deadline to submit this information. Our Official Agent has now filed these documents, and we await a decision on whether they will be accepted. This situation may have serious consequences for our party, and we are making every effort to provide Elections Nova Scotia with the documentation that they need to halt the deregistration process that has been initiated.
